Responsible for planning,coordinating, directing and monitoring all operational and financial aspects ofthe Health Center in conjunction with the physician(s), Regional Manager ofOperations, and Regional Medical Director in providing effective leadership tocenter teammates and overseeing the delivery of quality, cost-effective patientcare.

Provides overall direction and guidance to clinical andadministrative teammates.

Promotes a team approach to delivering quality,cost-effective care to where patient satisfaction is the primary goal.
Prepares annual capital equipment and operating budgets forthe Health Center.Monitors departmentalactivities and justifies variances when necessary.Implements effective tools to improveoperational efficiencies and control costs.
Ensures the coordination of provider schedules and thescheduling of patients.Monitorsappointment availability and implements changes as needed.
Works in conjunction with designated Medical Director,Regional Manager and regional team to enhance provider satisfaction.Assists in resolving provider-related issueswhen necessary.
Monitors the impact of growth on the facility’s existingspace plan based on projected enrollment, visits and utilization.
Propose, plan and direct facility expansion and enhancementprojects when required.Maintains aprofessional facility appearance that meets patients’ expectations.
Enhances Health Center visibility through communityinvolvement.
Participates actively on organizational and ad hoccommittees as needed.
Reports progress, operational issues, organizationalopportunities and threats to the regional team on a monthly basis or as needed.
Monitors patient satisfaction through various programs suchas the formal complaint process, new patient survey, CAHPS, HOS, etc.Responds as appropriate.
Works toward ensuring customer service standards are met.
Ensure staff compliance with all HealthCare Partners (HCP)policies and procedures.
Responsible for team development including recruitment,counseling, mentoring and termination of teammates.
Ensures all billing policies and procedures are followed.
Consistently maintain professional appearance. Personallyadheres to dress code policy and ensures compliance of their team.
Consistently demonstrates good written and verbalcommunication, gets along with coworkers and management, and deals effectivelyand professionally under pressure.
Provides leadership experience that directly impacts thehands-on daily operations of the center.
Adheres and monitors compliance with all to learn andimplement appropriate Federal, State, and local regulations
Uses, protects, and discloses HCP patients’ protected healthinformation (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability andAccountability Act (HIPAA) standards

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college; Degree in HealthCare field preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred: 5 or more years in Primary Care, three in amanagement capacity
Some healthcare industry experience within managed careand/or medical group operations environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communicationskills, with a command of the English language and bilingual is a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills.
Proven leadership abilities
Ability to travel locally and to Corporate office in SaintPetersburg and other markets as needed
