We are seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy and Special Programs to join our talented team!


The Director of Strategy &Special Projects reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) responsible for JSA’soperations. This role plays a key role as a thought partner, strategicleader, and internal consultant.This position is responsiblefor driving strategic and operational initiatives within thegroup. Representative projects include development of the3-year strategic plan for the group, identification of new marketopportunities, and projects related to strategic business units.

Essential Functions:

Executive Communications

  • Prepare executive-level presentations to share withleadership including CEO, COO, and CFO

  • Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data andkey analysis and translating into specific actions

Special Projects

  • Drive the strategic process on internal consulting projectswithin Operations and other business units

  • Responsible for developing the hypothesis and analysisframework

  • Drive the work of multi-disciplinary teams

  • Lead the presentation and recommendation of action steps

Strategic Process

  • Play a key role in the development of group’s 3-yearstrategy

  • Develop metrics and track the progress of the group’sstrategy

  • Develop “game-changing” insights that lead to differentialgrowth

Growth Strategy

  • Participate in planning growth-related initiatives

  • Lead quarterly strategy sessions with divisional leadershipteams

  • Act as a strategic thought partner with ELT to evaluateopportunities


* Education: *

  • Minimum: MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a Top-TierSchool.

* Experience: *

  • 2 to 3 years of strategy consulting experience

  • Relevant experience in healthcare

  • Strong project management skills

  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as a willingnessto lead initiatives through implementation

  • Excellent communication skills including ability topersuasively deliver presentations to senior executives

  • Ability to build strong relationships acrosscross-functional teams
