We are seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy and Special Programs to join our talented team!
The Director of Strategy &Special Projects reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) responsible for JSA’soperations. This role plays a key role as a thought partner, strategicleader, and internal consultant.This position is responsiblefor driving strategic and operational initiatives within thegroup. Representative projects include development of the3-year strategic plan for the group, identification of new marketopportunities, and projects related to strategic business units.
Prepare executive-level presentations to share withleadership including CEO, COO, and CFO
Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data andkey analysis and translating into specific actions
Drive the strategic process on internal consulting projectswithin Operations and other business units
Responsible for developing the hypothesis and analysisframework
Drive the work of multi-disciplinary teams
Lead the presentation and recommendation of action steps
Play a key role in the development of group’s 3-yearstrategy
Develop metrics and track the progress of the group’sstrategy
Develop “game-changing” insights that lead to differentialgrowth
Participate in planning growth-related initiatives
Lead quarterly strategy sessions with divisional leadershipteams
Act as a strategic thought partner with ELT to evaluateopportunities
* Education: *
- Minimum: MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a Top-TierSchool.
* Experience: *
2 to 3 years of strategy consulting experience
Relevant experience in healthcare
Strong project management skills
Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as a willingnessto lead initiatives through implementation
Excellent communication skills including ability topersuasively deliver presentations to senior executives
Ability to build strong relationships acrosscross-functional teams
