We are now seeking a Regional Manager of Operations tojoin our Team!

* Overview * :

The Regional Manager is responsiblefor the operational management of multiple centers. Responsible for teammate development bycoaching and mentoring Center Administrators on all aspects of operationsmanagement in order to meet key performance indicators. Develops strong partnerships with MedicalDirectors and center teammates to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Monitors financial performance and productivity for assigned group of centers. Accountable for achievement of quality andfinancial goals and leading others to their own high level ofaccountability. Responsible fordelivering on service excellence, member retention and growth.

  • Establishes strong relationshipswith Center Administrator, providers and other teammates.

  • Continuously attracts new talent tothe Village.

  • Direct supervision of CenterAdministrators including hiring, performance reviews, development plans andterminations.

  • Strategically manages assignedcenters by focusing on quality, stewardship and growth

  • Subject matter expert of operationaland medical management activities and their correlation to performanceindicators.

  • Ability to execute projects/workunder budget and on time in a planned and organized manner.

  • Identifies key performancedeficiencies and implements measures for course correction.

  • Communicates key initiatives tocenter teammates.

  • Collaborates with departments acrossthe organization to ensure quality patient care and overall business needs aremet.

  • Responsible for compliance with JSAHealthcare Policies and Procedures and state and federal regulations/standards.

  • Professionally represents JSA in thelocal medical community

  • Uses, protects, and discloses JSApatients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with HealthInsurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

  • Performs additional duties asassigned.

  • Frequent local travel required

Qualifications

* Education: *

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree preferredor equivalent industry experience

* Experience: *

  • Minimum:5 years healthcare management experience

  • Preferred:Prior ambulatory care and/or primary careexperience

  • Preferred:Prior multi-site management experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent planning and organization,critical thinking, and decision-making skills

  • Strong leadership / management andteammate development skills

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills; Able to communicate effectively with teammates andleaders at all levels, physicians, and various categories of customers

  • Sound negotiation and conflictresolution skills

  • Project management skills

  • Knowledge and experience in dataanalysis, financial analysis, and medical review

  • Experience working effectively withanalytical tools, spreadsheets, and instructional tools

  • Knowledge and experience in qualityassessment and improvement programs

  • Knowledge and experience in thedevelopment and administration of managed care principles and practices

  • Ability to develop, implement, andmonitor processes to effectively uphold standards of care, policies andprocedures

  • Computer literate, with excellentworking ability of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet

  • High degree of self-motivation,commitment and integrity

  • High degree of confidentiality,maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics

  • Ability to travel locally
