We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join ourtalented team!


Asthe Corporate Receptionist you will be instrumental in managing the flow ofguests, clients, visiting teammates and vendors who come through our office eachday. You will have the autonomy toefficiently and effectively manage your day and work as a contributing memberof the Village and our dynamic and fun Human Resources department.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer all incoming calls and appropriately forward/route toteam members

  • Greet all guests and internal teammates in a professionaland welcoming manner

  • Ensure all incoming mail and deliveries are sorted anddistributed timely; ensure all outgoing mail is stamped and mailed; manage UPSmailings on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;monitor visitor logbook and issuance of visitor badges when applicable

  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources and otherdepartment projects

  • Serve as a resource for teammates/guest needing informationon assorted topics

  • Maintain and update Corporate phone list

  • Other duties as required


* Education: *

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent

* Experience: *

  • 3 years of Receptionist or Administrative experience;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to interact and communicate with employees at alllevels of the organization in a professional and courteous manner withexcellent customer service skills.

  • Position requires a high level of initiative and innovativeproblem-solving ability.

  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, team player and willingness totake ownership of projects/assignments.

  • Ability to exercise discretion, judgment and tact inhandling highly sensitive and confidential information.
