DaVita IT Helpdesk/ Project Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position will be responsible for helpdesk activities, maintaining inventory of IT equipment, keeping helpdesk knowledge base documentation up to date.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Track and troubleshoot desktop issues.
Work with DaVita IT to resolve and find root cause of IT issues.
Manage IT inventory.
Serve as Sys admin to add/delete users from IT systems.
Maintain and update the helpdesk knowledge base.
Research, collect and evaluate IT project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
Provide technical assistance to teammates in the creation of project concept and project documents.

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis
Three to five years experience in an IT support or analytical role
Excellent troubleshooting skills in a Microsoft/Windows environment.
General understanding of IT systems and getting familiar with DaVita systems
Intermediate to advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Project required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Experience maintaining/creating process flow documents
Development of Project Plans, entry level
