DaVita Technology Analyst in Malvern, Pennsylvania
The ideal candidate for this career opportunity will be a quick-learner, ambitious and ready to learn. The person in this position will have a strong sense of "team" and have the keen ability to work well with others. Basic requirements are a Bachelor's Degree (we need to be able to tell you like numbers!), some work experience (this includes internship experience), intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
This position provides planning and analytical support for DGS Technology Team. The outcomes of these activities will lead to improving the DGS Process for both admissions and concierge while developing and coordinating documentation education and training opportunities for the Village.
This position is responsible for supporting process improvements, metric/report development, special projects, and providing detailed revenue valuation analysis to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values. This includes supporting processes for accounting for center and divisional revenue review, accounts receivable, cash and related transaction analysis, account reconciliation and preparing financial reports for corporate and field operations management, and joint venture partners, as well as internal and external audit agencies.

Maintain a current, comprehensive working knowledge of DGS processes, policies, procedures, and systems
Develop processes to identify opportunities for documentation improvement and facilitate improvement in technology
Identify, investigate, and evaluate practices and processes to facilitate continuous quality improvement in complete and accurate documentation in DGS technology systems including registration and CRM software
Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) project teams
Collaborate with DGS Leadership in efforts to continue to build out the technology processes
Maintain current knowledge of third party requirements and policies
Maintain current knowledge of HIPPA and Data Requirements
Develop and present presentations on Technology projects
Maintain project status sheets keeping leadership current with status
Assist in performing coding, review, and data maintenance, and other departmental tasks as needed
Attend continuing education programs and demonstrate self-direction in ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge
Primary point of contact for intake and maintenance of DGS ERM systems, including users, facility listings and other key info
Cross train in other departmental systems (telecom, etc…)
Draft and send internal communications including user guides and the technology newsletter
Develop relationships with internal and external partners
