hire a talented International Tax Senior for our Federal Way, WA location!

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this

position is to prepare U.S.

federal compliance relative to controlled foreign corporations and controlled foreign

partnerships, assist with quarterly

tax provisions for external financial reporting, and to ensure department goals

and objectives are achieved, all in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and

Core. This position primarily performs as an individual contributor

working within our tax department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare U.S.federal compliance relative to controlled foreign corporations andcontrolled foreign partnerships.
  • Prepare reconciliation ofincome tax accounts.
  • Prepare specific items forinclusion in quarterly financial statement provision.
  • Assist in administratingexpatriate tax function.
  • Assist with work allocation andprioritization decisions.
  • Interact with other departmentsand explain and resolve complex tax issues.
  • Perform a wide variety ofrecurring and non-recurring moderately complex tax functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in Accounting. CPA or CPAcandidate preferred. MST a plus.
  • Prior 2-4 years’ experience ina CPA firm or corporation in tax-related functions
