OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for the reporting infrastructure and project management of the marketing team (e.g., coordinators, senior coordinators, supervisors) ensuring activities to drive membership and overall market share growth are implanted and measured. Works with marketing team and operations to increase net Medicare membership, increase market share and contribute to increased patient satisfaction. Responsible for developing and managing marketing projects from original concept through completion.
Draw insight using data analysis and provide data-driven business recommendations.
Conducts regular budget review and assessment
Develops and manages monthly reporting for marketing and operations teams
Act as a liaison between business and marketing staff and build strong working relationships at all levels – internal and/or external to the organization
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and develop marketing plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate HealthCare Partners’ (HCP) commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
Develops data to establish region specific priorities and provides data/oversight to drive Medicare sales.
Measures execution of age in, retire in and retention programs with Group and IPA regional leadership and staff.
Works in tandem with Director, Marketing Services to execute and optimize OEP and SEP growth programs
Participates in all partnership meetings with contracted health plans.
Makes fact based ROI decisions for OEP and SEP events, health fairs, hospital partnership and educational events.
Ensures marketing team, HCP sites and affiliated PCP’s are adhering with CMS and California guidelines.
Develops and delivers annual training and develops expertise in Medicare marketing guidance and MA-PD benefits in HealthCare Partners service area.
Assists in the development and selection of marketing promotional materials.
Participates in In-Service training for Patient Liaisons, Site Administrators, IPA Town Halls and Key Broker meetings.
Facilitates all staff meetings as required and provides input.
Uses, protects, and discloses HCP patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
Master’s degree in Health Service Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field preferred.
Over 7 years of applicable experience.
5 or more years of customer service, project management, marketing or sales experience.
In-depth knowledge of Open Enrollment/Annual Enrollment Process
Hands-on experience in using Smartsheet application
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Experience with senior and multicultural populations.
Bilingual (verbal and written).
Over 5 years Project Management experience.
Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
Ability to analyze data and create reports for business executives to support their decision making process
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a solid knowledge of Excel formulas.
Strong Data Analysis skills using Excel
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
