General Purpose of the Job:
The Manager, People Services is an integral member of the leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources and other matters which impact business results. This position partners with operators for the talent management, retention and engagement initiatives that are aligned with strategic priorities, while ensuring compliance, and driving business success. This position reports to the Director, People Services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement talent development activities to increase talent bench strength, depth and readiness
Support retention of talent through diagnosis/assessment and driving action plans for assigned group(s)
Drive high levels of TM engagement through healthy talent management (on-time PDR’s, talent reviews, relationship snapshot tools etc)
Leverage data and analytics to help drive key people and organizational decisions, opportunities and action planning/delivery
Design, develop and deliver people practices through training, education and facilitation
Other duties as assigned
Act as trusted advisor, positioned as integral member of the leadership team, advising, challenging and influencing leaders
Partner with other corporate PS functions (e.g., Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting), acting as internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results
Travel: Up to 50%

4 -8 years of HR experience
two plus (2+) years supporting a business segment or client group
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
Large, multi-site company experience
SHRM Certified Professional (or PHR) or Senior Professional (or SPHR)
