DaVita Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist in Denver, Colorado
Under direct supervision, performs the following support functions for the Facilities Services department in the Corporate Headquarters for a Fortune 500 company: Cheerfully greet, sign in, and assist guests and DaVita Teammates, maintain neat appearance of the lobby area, create presentations for lobby monitors and all-building communicates, provide back-up duties for other Team members, and various other administrative duties. Participate in DaVita "Secret Service" Team. This is a critical and high profile position for DaVita. All of these duties will be performed in a team environment of high energy, positive attitude, integrity, accountability, and fulfillment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Greet and Assist All Visitors/Maintain Neat Appearance of the Lobby Area:
Cheerfully greet and assist all Teammates and guests as they enter the building.
Fully participate in programs designed to ensure a high-quality Village experience for our guests.
Exhibit high-energy and helpful attitude.
Provide partnership, support and back-up duties for Concierge. This will require high level of professionalism; neat appearance; and cheerful, helpful, and calm disposition at all times. This may include the following:
Escorting guests as needed to specific building locations
Providing detailed information about Denver resources
Assisting guests with travel arrangements (printing boarding passes, calling cab, parking, flight status)
Answering questions about our new building and/or other general questions.
Ensure that front desk is occupied at all times.
Support Guest sign-in and badging policies
Inform onsite Dayporter of any cleanliness issues
Maintain orderly appearance of furniture, magazines, DaVita marketing materials
Create Presentations for Lobby Monitors and Other Building-Wide Communications:
Create slides (Power-point) to welcome guests and new Teammates, make special announcements, post photos for lobby monitors, and play music from cable stations.
Ensure that event photos are on the monitors within 2 days of event.
Create PowerPoint presentations for Teammates regarding events, special announcements.
Ensure that building-wide distribution list (Microsoft Outlook) is current at all times.
Provide Back-Up Duties for Team Members
Provide back-up duties for work order ticket delegation.
Provide back-up duties as needed within the Facilities team.
Various Administrative Duties
Research projects for building and event-related services and products.
Partner with Safety and Security coordinator as needed to maintain program records.
Provide registration services for various programs available to Teammates
Other administrative duties as required.

This is a team of highly professional administrative and executive assistants
Engage in communications, training opportunities, and shared practice opportunities with other administrative professionals for DaVita.
Share learned information and processes with the Facilities Services team.
Qualifications to perform successfully in this position will generally be acquired through high school or equivalent education and is augmented by 2-3 years of Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant experience.
Confident abilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
Must exhibit a high-energy, yet calming, approachable, and helpful, cheerful disposition.
Must exhibit ability to work independently.
Must exhibit ability to remain calm in stressful situations and respond quickly with a smile and confidence.
Must have excellent organizational skills, an ability to multi-task many projects at one time and to thoroughly follow through on tasks and assignments under frequent tight deadlines.
Must have an enthusiasm for problem solving in a culture of exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to establish workload priorities and manage a diverse workload.
