  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience within a dynamic, ever-changing environment. 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sourcing and networking techniques. An understanding of the factors that impact talent supply.

  • The demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers ensuring Service Excellence within all facets of the hiring life-cycle.

  • Experience leveraging an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to maximize time (e.g. Taleo, Peoplesoft).

  • A passion for recruiting and drive for results.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

  • Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:

  • Ability to lift minimum of 5 pound to a maximum of 15 pounds unassisted; able to sit for extended periods of time and to perform some standing, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching; moderate range of body motions.

  • Ability to use computer keyboard and all peripherals to accomplish required tasks in a timely manner is a core requirement of this position.

  • Ability to hear and talk on phone for extended amounts of time.


Level III - Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).

No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions. Normal hazards associated with occasional business travel.
