DaVita Compliance Director (Rx) in Coppell, Texas
This Compliance Director, Programmatics will be responsiblefor directing the Programmatic aspectsof compliance reporting, governance, and risk management for DaVita Rx using tools including C360, Teammate, and P8 to complete TQ and ET periodic reporting and management of CAPs.
This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer at DaVita Rx.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
C360 Administrator (Incidents/Compliance WorkSpace)
Teammate Administrator (Internal Audit)
P8 Administrator (Policy/Procedure Life Cycle Maintenance)
DRx Statutory, Contract and Regulatory Risk Assessments & Reporting
Management of TQ and ET reporting summarizing the above
Moderate Travel to Denver as needed less than 15%.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILIITES AND EDUCATION
8 plus years of progressive experience in leading, supervising and managing a Corporate Compliance Team/Program.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a legal or compliance professional responsible for the development, implementation and/or sustaining of an effective compliance program
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare dealing with federal healthcare program laws including, but not limited to Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act and Civil Monetary Penalty Law and CMS regulations
People management experience
Demonstrated project management experience required
Prefer prior experience with legal/regulatory advice to healthcare providers
Prefer prior experience with conducting compliance investigations
Prefer prior experience working under a CIA/DPA or advising clients related to CIA/DPA requirements
Extensive knowledge of federal fraud and abuse laws required
Demonstrated ability to present and communicate effectively with executive management, functional leaders, and field employees
Experience supervising work performed by outside vendors and contractors
Superior drafting and communication skills required
Proven track record of collaborative problem solving with senior management and business leaders to achieve business goals
Bachelor Degree Required, Master Degree preferred, Juris Doctor Degree preferred
CHC (Certification in HealthCare Compliance) Required
Work location is Dallas/Fort Worth (Coppell, TX), travel to Denver up to 2 times per month as needed.
