Description

Summary: Responsiblefor developing, managing, and supporting projects of various sizes andcomplexity across the organization. Identify, research, analyze, and implementstrategic processes in line with organizational objectives. Build relationshipswith project stakeholders in order to foster teamwork and train individuals onestablished processes and methodology that ensure efficiency and enhancequality from patient care to data collection and reporting.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may beassigned:

  • Manage project scope, project schedule, and project resources using appropriate communication and project documents to monitor and track progress.

  • Identify, research and analyze operational issues under the direction of the Senior Director of Population Health Management.

  • Report and escalate project issues or delays to the Senior Director of Population Health Management.

  • Present findings of analyses clearly and concisely to Senior Director of Population Health Management.

  • Complete projects independently or with appropriate staff as identified by Senior Director.

  • Create educational materials and lead training for internal customers around project and operational initiatives.

  • Use, protect, and disclose CSHP patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

  • Demonstrateand exemplify behavior consistent with DaVita’s core values – serviceexcellence, integrity, team, continuous improvement, accountability,fulfillment, fun.

  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, OSHA and other related regulations and guidelines, and ensure department compliance.

  • Attend and complete all required training and development to include annual compliance training.

  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’sDegree required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or HealthAdministration preferred.

Experience:

  • One to three years of previous experience preferred.

ComputerSkills:

  • StrongComputer skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).

  • Access and SQL are a plus.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals in all levels of the organization and throughout various departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying duration and effectively manage shifting priorities.

  • Ability to travel may be required.

  • Musthave consistent, punctual and reliable attendance.

  • Abilityto develop strong client relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, analytical and data organization/interpretation skills,reporting skills, financial skills, forecasting skills, financial modelingskills.
