DaVita Technical Lead (ODM) in Brentwood, Tennessee


Provide Application Development Technical leadership for IT projects

within areas of specialty; Responsible for technical oversight of outsourced

vendor Development activities; Responsible for leading multiple Development

resources in completion of work - including teammates/ guest teammates - both

on and offshore; Requirement gathering from business analysts/ owners; Conduct

ODM fitment analysis of rules or logic, Business Rule Analysis from the

gathered requirements; Business Responsible for requirement gathering and

converting them into technical Specifications; Provide Solution Design and

design on integration patterns for ODM with various interacting application;

Creating service contract documents; Designing Business object models and UML

and Low level design rule books; Define governance with help of business on

applications; Follow Agile process throughout development life cycle and

developing the application according to the coding standards; Create Stories,

Epics and Tasks for the team and follow-ups; Manage artifacts in all

environments in SVN repository and Decision Center governance; Assist team

members in case of any technical challenge; Implement best practices across ODM

projects and streamlining Delivery; Work with Application Architect to find

potential business opportunities on WODM and feasibility of implementation;

Owner and individual contributor on some of the WODM projects; Maintain project

quality and metrics collection; Laying out plan for project and estimates as

well as distribute work across team; Responsible for ODM/BRMS Practice related

work and contributions; Mentor and manage group of ODM developers and leads

across various vendors; Practice development and CoE activities for practice

sessions on WODM to the team and business use cases and solutions.

The position requires a Bachelor Degree or

Foreign Degree Equivalent in Computer Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering

or Electronics Engineering or in any related technical field and 5 year

experience in the job or performing similar job duties.
